Gerry Phelan the original owner of H&MV Engineering; has inspired both myself and John with his drive, ambition and dedication to deliver quality services to our clients. This has helped us to continue to grow the business year on year from an Irish only company to now having Offices in the United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, The Netherlands and growing
What is the biggest lesson you have learnt in business?
To ensure to deliver quality and a personal service to our customers time to time again

Build your team with dedicated people to support the company mission statement
What is your proudest moment as a business owner?
In 2016, we reached the milestone of employing 100 people in H&MV Engineering, this was a moment of pride with myself and John for 2 reasons; (1) it was a clear indication we were on the right path to achieving continuous success and (2) more importantly that we are giving so many people employment and opportunities to expand their career
