Frank C Guy

Frank C Guy is a Leadership and Sales Coach with 34 years’ experience in multinational corporates, including ten years in both internal and external workplace coaching. He has a Diploma in Executive and Business Coaching and is an accredited facilitator for GlaxoSmithKline’s senior leadership coaching programme. Frank works with private clients and is an Associate Coach with Harvest Resources. 

He specialises in coaching and facilitated learning in three areas:

Working with Leaders of teams to establish strategic and tactical clarity, and an understanding of when to lead, when to manage performance and when to coach.

Working with individuals and commercial teams around influencing, which can encompass networking, presenting to groups and engaging to sell one-to-one.

Working with organisations where people are not fully engaged or perhaps burned out – this work encompasses the factors which underpin our performance, our resilience, our emotional intelligence.


Patrick O’Sullivan

Patrick is a Sales Consultant and Sales Coach with Insthinktive Sales Leadership.

He has over twenty years experience in selling and business development, twelve of which were spent running his own B2B and B2C businesses.  He works closely with Enterprise Ireland clients in the Technology, Manufacturing and Engineering sector.  He served as a member of the board of Limerick Chamber for four years, and was on the Executive Committee there.  He is an active member and past president of Limerick Shannon Rotary Club.

Patrick works with ambitious Irish Companies that are serious about driving their sales to the next level by:

1) Implementing a dynamic sales process for the team

2) Developing a world-class sales pipeline management system with the ability to forecast accurately.

3) Measuring the sales performance of the team and creating a culture of high performers.
