Our service offering is tailored around the needs of the small business sector in that we offer a walk in service with a fully transparent fixed fee pricing model. we also offer a walk in free consultation for new clients which works well for us on 3 Roches Street.

I feel a sense of pride to return to Limerick & set up my own business in the City Centre, employing people & contributing to the local economy.

4. What do you find most beneficial in regards to being Limerick Chamber member?

I find it to be a great resource as a business owner, especially from a networking perspective. it was an immense help to me when I started out, returning to Limerick after 15 years, joining Limerick chamber opened up a vast network to me, which I wouldn’t have had otherwise.

5. What has given you most satisfaction in business?

Getting paid by a client for the first time!! Growing the business year on year & embracing technology as part of our service delivery to clients.

6. Who are your business icons or inspirations?

Michael O’Leary/ anyone who builds a business through work ethic & integrity.

8. Work-Life balance: is it possible? How do you achieve it?

Absolutely yes, i chose self-employment so I could control my own destiny. Having 4 children under 10, I don’t have much of a choice. I start early, very rarely take an hour for lunch & leave the office daily at 5:30, if there is something urgent that needs addressing I’ll address it once the kids are in bed.

9. What is the first thing you do every day?

I loosely plan out each week & specifically plan out each day, this can be a challenge given the walk in service we offer. I address any e-mails or open client queries first & then tackle items in order of priority.

10. What advice would you give to someone starting out in business?

Do something you have a passion for / surround yourself with positive people / stick to the business plan / be very disciplined in cashflow management.
