Programme Aim: The New ActionClub Group coaching programme is a programme whereby business owners meet up every 2 weeks at a designated time for a coaching session. Topics will be relevant and will include all material necessary to grow and systemise a business as well as develop the owners and their team members.
Program Also Includes:
- Access to ActionCoach business library
- Access to ActionCoach business tools & templates
- Invitation to Quarterly Planning days for Business Owners
Proposed Methodology: Bi-Weekly face to face group coaching session lasting 2 hours with a Hot-Seat rotation which will be rotated through each member in the group so that everyone gets an element of 121 coaching also as well as learning through others and the Actioncoach proven content.
