Introduction

What is a resilience?  It’s a measure of your subconscious flexibility and also what practical and psychological coping mechanisms you have access to.

This training will transfer the knowledge to the learners so they can perform to their full ability each day equipped with the tools and techniques to reduce stress.

Training Aims:

  • To enable learners to understand stress and how they personally react to it
  • To put learners in control of their own stress response
